Disaster Medical Assistance Teams (DMAT) are formed under the jurisdiction and authority of the the National Disaster Medical System (NDMS), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

We are very interested in speaking to you if you have a willingness to serve your State and Nation during emergency situations such as acts of terrorism, natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods etc. Since we have a medical first responder and MASH mission we are interested in physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy techs, nurses, therapists, EMT's, and allied health personnel. We also have opportunities for administrative, logistics and communications personnel. Please don't exclude yourself as we have a varied mission and personnel considerations across the board are needed.
